The challenge
Shipment data was scattered across five systems: carriers, WMS, shop, accounting and the customer portal. Every integration was a point-to-point script — fragile and opaque.

Our approach
We designed a central integration layer: versioned REST and GraphQL APIs, queue-based processing with retries, and a monitoring dashboard for errors and latency.
