Information on data processing in accordance with GDPR
1. Privacy at a Glance
The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit our website. Personal data is any data that can be used to personally identify you.
This privacy policy complies with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

013. Data Collection on Our Website
When you visit our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected. This information (server log files) includes the type of web browser, operating system used, domain name of your Internet service provider, and similar information.
This is exclusively information that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person. This information is technically necessary to correctly deliver the content of web pages requested by you and is mandatory when using the Internet.
Personal data is only collected if you voluntarily provide it to us when contacting us.
024. Data Security
We use the widespread SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure in connection with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser during website visits.
In general, we use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties.
Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
035. Cookies and Tracking
Our website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools.
We only use technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the website (e.g., language settings, theme preferences).
These cookies are stored locally in your browser and do not contain any personal data. You can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies on a case-by-case basis.
046. Third-party service providers
To provide this website and handle requests we use the following external service providers, which process personal data (in particular your IP address):
• Vercel Inc. (USA) — hosting and delivery of the website. Server log files (IP address, browser, timestamp) are processed when you visit.
• Cloudflare Inc. (USA) — DNS, content delivery and attack protection. All website traffic passes through Cloudflare servers.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection in our forms. Turnstile checks without tracking cookies whether requests come from humans; technical data (IP address, browser information) is transmitted to Cloudflare.
• Zammad (ticket system) — support and contact requests. Form data such as name, email address and message is processed there.
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation) or Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR when handling your request.
For US providers, data is transferred to a third country. The transfer is based on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.
