Aufrufsystem
The multi-tenant call system by BRATUX: patient calls go from the front desk straight to the waiting-room screen — with spoken announcements, per-practice branding and an API for external systems.

From the front desk to the waiting room
In many practices, calling patients is still done on foot: names are shouted into the waiting room, doors open and close, and the front desk is constantly interrupted. At the same time, every practice runs its own software — a rigid one-off solution would not fit.
The Aufrufsystem moves exactly this step into the browser: the front desk creates a call — or the practice software sends it via API — and seconds later it appears on the waiting-room screen, announced aloud.
[ Three layers, one system ]
Three layers, one system
Display, operation and administration are separate surfaces on the same platform — every practice only ever sees its own data.
